MEMBERSHIP |

| |
Membership of PPFN is open to any volunteer, person, or institution who:
|
|
| |
 |
believes in voluntary service as defined in the Regulation of PPFN Constitution
|
|
| |
|
subscribes to PPFN objects, policies and activities |
|
| |
|
accepts its constitution and regulationsas they stand or amended from time to time |
|
| |
|
complies with any procedural requirements prescribed by PPFN regulations |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
PROCEDURE FOR MEMBERSHIP
Each applicant seeking registration as a member of PPFN shall: |
|
| |
|
complete and submit an application form to the state or local branch office for consideration and approval |
|
| |
|
be endorsed or recommended by two full members of PPFN |
|
| |
|
be interviewed in necessary as to his/her volunteer interests and ambitions |
|
| |
|
pay subscription on admission to membership and renewal fees as and when due |
|
| |
|
be required to belong to a Local Branch and State Association as necessary |
|
| |
|
be invested with volunteer membership creed as contained in PPFN Regulations |

| |
|
|
|
| |

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBERS |
|
| |
|
Institutional members may be co-opted for strategic reasons in furthering the objects of PPFN. The number of co-opted institutional members shall be guided by strategic reasons as decided by the National Council from time to time by the regulations.
|
|
| |
|
each institutional member shall give notice in writing to the Chief Executive Officer or the State Principal Officer from time to time, of the name and address of the person(s) who has been designated to represent the institution at PPFN meetings. In this regard the term institution shall include corporation, organisation, association, group or partnership. |
|

Membership of PPFN is classified into: |

Subscription paying members with the rights to vote
- Life Members
- Ordinary Members |

Non-subscription paying or co-opted members without the rights to vote |

| |
|
The National Council from time to time recommends to the National Members Assembly for approval the amount of subscription to be paid by members. Subscription for institutional members may be higher than that levied on individual members |

Volunteer Creed |
|
| |
|
Every member shall on payment of subscription be invested with volunteer membership creed as contained in the regulations and amended from time to time by the National Council |
