IDEHEN, Blessing Glory joined the services of Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria (PPFN) as Programme Officer in May 2001, and currently the Regional Coordinator in South South Region of Nigeria, comprising of six States of the Federation. As a Programme staff, successfully managed the implementation of projects funded by International and local organizations such as UNFPA, USAID, Global Fund, IPPF, and World Bank HIV/AIDS Fund (HAF) Project in Partnership with other organisations.
She holds the Master’s Degree in Health Planning and Management; and the Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Benin, Benin City. Before joining PPFN, she had had a blissful career as Nursing Officer with Edo State Local Government Service Commission; wherein she was prepared for the position with qualifications as Certified Midwife, Registered Nurse, and Diploma in Health Administration and Management and Family Planning Certificate.

Since 2006, she attended Management and Technical courses at various times which have enhanced her skills in Project Management, Advocacy, Information and Service Delivery. It is this hybrid of experience from both the Public and Private sectors that has helped in the effective discharge of her assignments.
Mrs B.G Idehen is compassionate and caring. She is happily married and they are blessed with three children: one daughter and two sons.
